Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Danish-speaking customers through multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

  • Guide customers on the use of our products and services, ensuring they have a thorough understanding.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions for quality assurance purposes.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to improve service delivery and address ongoing customer concerns.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay informed on product updates and the latest industry practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Candidates should clearly specify their nationality and native language in their C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with a strong dedication to customer service.
