If you are a customer service enthusiast fluent in Danish, we would love to have you join our energetic team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to assist our Danish-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries and providing effective solutions to enhance their experience with our services and products.

You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your language skills in a supportive and engaging work environment!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers through multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Identify technical issues, troubleshoot effectively, and provide prompt resolutions.
• Guide customers on the use of our products and services, ensuring they have a thorough understanding.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions for quality assurance purposes.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to improve service delivery and address ongoing customer concerns.
• Engage in continuous training to stay informed on product updates and the latest industry practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Candidates should clearly specify their nationality and native language in their C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a strong dedication to customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is advantageous, though not essential.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
