Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full software implementation lifecycle for Danish-speaking clients.
• Assess client requirements and develop tailored strategies for successful software deployment.
• Facilitate training sessions to equip clients with the knowledge necessary to effectively utilize the software.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the implementation process and incorporate client feedback for future improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
• Proactively address and resolve challenges or technical issues that arise during implementation.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. It is important to clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in software implementation or similar technology roles is preferred.
• Strong focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as required for client support and training sessions.
