Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers on various social media channels, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly.
• Develop and share engaging content that resonates with our audience on social media.
• Monitor conversations and respond to customer feedback effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create unified branding and messaging for campaigns.
• Engage actively with the online community to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on social media trends to drive effective engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong enthusiasm for social media and a knack for customer interaction.
• Experience in customer service or social media roles is an advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills coupled with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
