In this position, you will serve as a key contact for Danish-speaking partners, helping them navigate inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. You will contribute significantly to building strong relationships and ensuring our partners feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding support to partners in Danish via multiple communication channels.
• Diagnose and resolve partner issues quickly and professionally.
• Nurture strong relationships with partners by understanding their needs.
• Document all interactions and provide insights to enhance services.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and partner satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development sessions to expand your skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish is required; knowledge of English is preferred.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong passion for customer support and relationship management.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
