Requirements

• Fluency in Danish is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer service or online retail is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric attitude and a genuine desire to assist customers.
• Comfortable using technology and navigating online platforms.
• Ability to multitask and handle various customer inquiries effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
