Danish Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is looking for a motivated Danish Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our Danish-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

As a Danish Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, assist with order management, and resolve any challenges that arise. Your fluency in Danish and dedication to customer satisfaction are essential to our team's success.

Your Responsibilities

• Communicate with Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and provide solutions.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in continuous training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
