In this position, you will be responsible for providing support to our Danish-speaking players by addressing their questions, resolving issues, and promoting community engagement. Your fluency in Danish will play a critical role in ensuring that our community members feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Danish-speaking gamers through various channels, including email, chat, and forums.
• Engage with the gaming community by monitoring inquiries and resolving player issues promptly.
• Gather and relay player feedback to improve game features and community dynamics.
• Help organize community events that foster interaction and satisfaction among players.
• Identify trends within the community, reporting significant issues to relevant teams.
• Stay knowledgeable about the latest gaming trends and developments to provide relevant support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required. Include your nationality and native language details in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong enthusiasm for gaming and familiarity with various gaming platforms.
• Experience in customer service or community management is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to supporting users.
• Comfortable using communication tools and technology.
• Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends.
