Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and resolve customer issues effectively to maintain satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to reach service goals and enhance overall customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about our products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong commitment to customer service and problem resolution.
• Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
