Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to Danish-speaking clients regarding our entertainment offerings.
• Assist clients in selecting and securing suitable entertainment options.
• Handle inquiries and resolve problems efficiently and with a positive attitude.
• Ensure clear and prompt communication throughout the customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall client experience.
• Stay informed about entertainment trends to offer insightful recommendations.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong passion for entertainment and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Experience in customer support or a comparable role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and welcoming approach.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Proactive and effective problem-solving abilities.
• A genuine desire to create enjoyable experiences for customers!
