Danish Speaking End User Support Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to offer a new position for a Danish Speaking End User Support Specialist. This role is designed for dedicated individuals who possess a passion for customer service and are eager to assist Danish-speaking clients in navigating their technical challenges.

In this role, you will provide high-quality support to our clients, ensuring that their queries are effectively addressed and resolved in a timely fashion. Your role is instrumental in fostering positive customer relationships and enhancing overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of support for Danish-speaking end users, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems efficiently and accurately.
• Help clients understand and utilize product features for maximum efficiency.
• Document and track support requests in our customer service system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance support processes and share knowledge.
• Participate in continuous training to maintain a high level of technical expertise and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.
