In this role, you will provide support through email communication, ensuring that customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to email inquiries from Danish-speaking customers in a professional and efficient manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing clear solutions and enhancing their experience.
• Document customer interactions to facilitate service improvement and ensure follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to implement and improve support processes.
• Engage in training and development opportunities to stay updated on products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on customer engagement.
• Previous experience in customer service or email support is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when necessary.
