Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients regarding logistics services.
• Assist customers with inquiries about shipments, tracking, and logistics solutions, offering timely and accurate information.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.
