Your Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential.
