Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming products, services, and esports, resolving issues efficiently.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on gaming trends and product updates.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong passion for gaming and esports.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
