Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding food delivery services, resolving issues and providing helpful solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential.
• A passion for customer service and the food industry.
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
