Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients across various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding banking products and services, offering accurate information and solutions.
• Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in regular training to enhance your knowledge of banking regulations and service improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or the banking industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
