Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Effectively handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide information about products and services.

• Accurately document customer interactions to assist in improving service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but not required.
