Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries related to media and entertainment services.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions to support ongoing service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and meet performance targets.
• Engage in continuous training to stay informed on products and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A passion for the Media & Entertainment industry is highly valued.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with a positive attitude.
