• Provide exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.

• Accurately document customer interactions to support service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service in the health and wellness sector.
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
