Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries, assist with product selection, and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to support continual service improvements.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or a fitness-related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
