In this role, you will be the voice of our company, providing essential support to customers and ensuring they have a positive experience. Your problem-solving skills and ability to connect with customers will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of service.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed information regarding our products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Engage in ongoing training to develop your skills and knowledge of our offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Please ensure that your native language and nationality is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities.
