In this role, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding support to our Danish-speaking clients, enhancing their experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential.
• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service software is a plus.
• Motivated and eager to grow professionally.
