• Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients and professionals within the healthcare industry.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to relay information and assist in problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist in administrative tasks and support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.
• Stay updated on healthcare products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish is essential; proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Greek is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the healthcare sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Basic administrative skills and familiarity with customer management software.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and embrace a new cultural experience.
• EU residency or work permit is required for this position.
