• Provide top-notch customer service to Danish-speaking clients regarding health products.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues related to product use and services.

• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
• Collaborate with the health product team to relay customer feedback and improve offerings.
• Stay updated on health product trends and services to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is required as well.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in health or wellness industries, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail in managing customer interactions.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new environment, with relocation support provided.
• Basic familiarity with customer management software and tools is advantageous.
