Requirements

• Fluency in Danish is required, along with strong English communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the financial or banking industries.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in customer management systems and technology.
