Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with corporate clients effectively.
• Capability to understand and respond to complex client requirements.
