Danish Speaking Client Support Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a position for a Danish Speaking Client Support Specialist! If you are fluent in Danish and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want you to be part of our dedicated team.

In this role, you will assist our Danish-speaking clients by providing valuable support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Your communication skills and empathetic approach will be crucial in creating positive experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client support to Danish-speaking customers via multiple communication channels.
• Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Educate clients about our offerings, helping them make informed decisions.
• Document client interactions to support ongoing service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service.
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about product updates and support techniques.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is a plus. Please ensure that your native language and nationality is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A genuine passion for customer service and a desire to help others.
• Experience in client support or a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A positive and proactive attitude, eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
