This role invites you to join our dedicated team in delivering exceptional service to our Danish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are positively enhanced.

As a vital point of contact, you will leverage your fluency in Danish to communicate effectively, address client inquiries, and provide tailored support. Your contributions will be essential in building lasting relationships and promoting overall client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Danish-speaking clients to understand and meet their needs.
• Handle client inquiries and issues with professionalism, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement based on client feedback and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and relevant information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and client experiences.
• Engage in continuous learning and training to enhance product knowledge and client service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Please ensure that your native language and nationality is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience in client relations or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport.
• Proficient in problem-solving with a client-centered approach.
