Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Danish-speaking clients, effectively addressing their inquiries and business requirements.

• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions and feedback.
• Assist in the implementation of new initiatives and processes aimed at improving service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in a business support or consulting role is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
