As a Danish Speaking B2B Integration Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for our Danish-speaking clients, helping them understand and implement our integration solutions based on their unique needs. Your expertise will empower clients to maximise their operational efficiency through seamless technology integration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage with Danish-speaking clients to assess their integration requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage the entire integration process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients, enhancing their user experience and satisfaction.
• Document all project activities, maintain clear lines of communication and report progress regularly.
• Continuously update your knowledge on industry trends and technologies related to B2B integration.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English is required; proficiency in other languages is an advantage. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in B2B integration or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of integration technologies and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a strong desire to contribute to collaborative efforts.
