We are looking for a motivated and skilled F&O Specialist specializing in the implementation and support of the finance modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (F&O). The F&O consultant will join our Finance Transformation team and should be able to analyze Qualco Group companies’ needs, design and configure solutions, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and ensure the successful deployment of the software to manage financial processes like general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, procurement and Power BI. This role requires a strong understanding of both financial accounting and controlling principles and the D365 F&O platform. 

A Day in the Life of a D365 F&O Specialist at Qualco will include: 

  • Implementation projects: Manage end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support;
  • Business analysis: Analyze Qualco Group’s companies business processes and financial requirements and then develop optimal solutions using the D365 F&O platform;
  • Process improvement: As a member of the Finance Transformation team, work with stakeholders to improve financial workflows and ensure the platform supports the organization's strategic goals;
  • Documentation: Produce functional design documents for any necessary customizations and provide clear documentation on the "as-is" and "to-be" processes;
  • Technical collaboration:  Act as bridge between Finance and business stakeholders and developers and solution architects to translate functional requirements into technical specifications for customizations;
  • User training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the system and exploit its features;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a finance, business administration or IT is required, with a master's degree preferred;
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, specifically its financial and accounting and supply chain features;
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a prerequisite;
  • Between 5 to 8 years or more of relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies;
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in fast-changing environments;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • Fluent in English and Greek;
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills;
  • Creative problem-solving with a focus on business process excellence;
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies.
