• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into CRM solutions.
• Customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM to align with business processes.
• Implementing and deploying CRM solutions, including customizations and integrations.
• Training and supporting end-users to ensure effective use of the CRM system.
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for the CRM system.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Creating documentation for CRM processes and configurations.
• Conducting workshops and presentations to demonstrate CRM capabilities.
  

Requirements

• Business Analysis: Understanding business processes and requirements.
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.
• Project Management: Ability to manage CRM projects from inception to completion.
• Training and Support: Providing guidance and support to end-users.
• Web Development: ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery
• Database Management: MS SQL Server, LINQ.
• Software Development: SSRS, ADX Portals/D365 Portals

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and implementation.
• Proficiency in related technologies such as Microsoft Stack, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI.
• Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
