Role: D2C Growth Marketer

Location: Mumbai, India 

 

About the role: 

The primary purpose of this role is to lead and own the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) website platform to drive brand growth. This includes end-to-end responsibility for the platform- 

from crafting the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and optimizing the D2C website experience, to developing merchandising and product strategies, launch playbooks, and creative direction for both on-platform and off-platform advertising. 

 

What you will be doing: 

Creative Analysis: 

  • Lead website growth initiatives - Build, monitor and improve D2C platform metrics and strategize enhancement initiatives. 
  • Closely working with the agencies to drive optimization and monitor goals. 
  • Identify optimization opportunities and build web solutions to improve overall consumer experience, automation.  
  • Work closely with the brand team, tech teams and other stakeholders in the value chain on all aspects related to D2C growth. 
  • Strategize promotion calendar on D2C, working closely with Brand teams and ensure timely execution of promos, offers and tactical growth levers. 
  • Unlock organic growth for website with on-page & off-page SEO. Implement Growth hacking across website funnels to improve KPIs. 
  • Drive mandates for new tech implementations like GenAI, automating consumer experience.  

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Work Exp – 2-4 years, hands on experience in online product management, digital marketing, online merchandizing and website operations with an Ecom brand.  
  • Understanding of UI/UX enhancements and new features development on D2C platforms. Long term planning for platform enhancements, new partner integrations. 
  • Detailed Understanding of all advertising platforms: Primarily Meta & YouTube Ads 
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
