Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Czech-speaking clients, delivering outstanding service and knowledgeable support.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth in logistics services.
• Conduct detailed assessments of client needs to offer customized logistical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and promote long-term loyalty.
• Accurately record all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams remotely to enhance product offerings and strategize sales initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is advantageous.
