As a Roadside Assistance Representative, you will provide exceptional support to Czech-speaking customers who encounter vehicle issues. You will play a crucial role in ensuring their safety and satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective assistance.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist Czech-speaking customers with roadside assistance requests, ensuring a high level of customer care.
• Determine the nature of the issue and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed.
• Document and manage all calls and customer interactions accurately.
• Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mercedes-Benz services and products to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
• Strong passion for customer service and a proactive attitude in helping others.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
