In this vital role, you will assist Czech-speaking customers with their inquiries related to automotive insurance and claims, ensuring they receive the support and information they need during their time of need. Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients regarding automotive insurance and claims.
• Assist customers in understanding their policies and guiding them through the claims process.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry regulations and product knowledge.

Requirements
