Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries, offer product information, and resolve any issues related to tobacco products.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with customers.
• Accurately document customer interactions to help facilitate improvements in service.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
• Engage in continuous training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service practices.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential.
