You will assist Czech-speaking customers with their inquiries related to airline reservations, helping them navigate their travel plans smoothly and efficiently. Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and provide information on airline policies.
• Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions to facilitate continuous improvement in service.
• Collaborate with team members and airline partners to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Participate in continuous training to stay up-to-date with airline products and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
• A strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is an advantage, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving abilities.
