In this role, you will interact with Czech-speaking clients, providing them with expert advice and tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Your Responsibilities
- Offer consultancy and support to Czech-speaking clients regarding our AI solutions.
- Assess and identify client needs to deliver customized AI implementations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and practical training sessions for clients.
- Document client interactions and inquiries accurately in our CRM system.
- Engage in training on updates and new features of our AI products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to reaching sales targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Experience in a consultancy or technical support position is preferred.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Ability to analyze problems and offer effective solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to relocate and excited to take on new challenges!
