  • General road and footpath maintenance (potholes, drainage, slips, litter, vegetation control).
  • Cleaning and maintaining roadside assets (signs, barriers, street cleaning).
  • Supporting civil construction and drainage activities when required.
  • Operating vehicles and plant safely and efficiently.
  • Ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and environmental standards.

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking team player who enjoys hands-on outdoor work. To succeed, you’ll bring:

  • A full Class 2 driver licence (preferred, will assist with training if required).
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to health & safety.
  • Practical skills with tools, machinery, or outdoor labouring.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a small crew.
  • STMS Level 1 Practising or civil construction experience (desirable, but not essential).
