Responsibilities

• Managing the existing protection systems and following up on their maintenance on a regular basis
• Applying cyber security requirements according to the procedures followed
• Applying security requirements and updates as advised by the manufacturer
• Solving problems associated with protection systems in terms of performance and problems during operations
• Ensuring that the systems are fully installed on all the customer equipment, in accordance with the applicable client policies
• Opening a ticket with the manufacturer in case of a problem and following up until it is resolved
• Providing responsive support for the implementation of protection systems services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity systems and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and antivirus software.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or COBIT.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
