Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):
We’re looking for a Cyber Capability Developer to design, build, and operationalize technical capabilities that help our client impose risk and consequences on cyber adversaries. This role supports mission execution through vulnerability research and rapid development of tools and utilities that enable real-time cyber investigative and technical operations.
The ideal candidate is an advanced practitioner who can translate mission needs into secure, maintainable capabilities, operate with high autonomy, and collaborate tightly with technically proficient government personnel. Work is driven by customer priorities and may require quick pivots, iterative delivery, and strong documentation discipline.
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
Vulnerability Research & Exploitation Support
Identify, analyze, and validate security weaknesses in software, systems, or environments to inform operational and analytic capabilities.
Develop proof-of-concepts, prototypes, or techniques aligned to investigative and technical operations.
Rapid Development & Engineering
Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy capabilities to support high-stakes mission needs and time-sensitive operational requirements.
Support setup, maintenance, and administration of systems/components while adhering to organizational security policies.
Automation, Repeatability & Tooling
Build automation and developer utilities that improve analysis efficiency and workflow repeatability.
