The role: CX Agent 

We’re on the hunt for a CX Agent to cover our DE & AT regions. Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences? We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Experience Agent to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their questions are answered, and problems solved, and their experience with us is nothing short of excellent.

Your mission

  • Be the go-to expert at the crossroads of cycling and insurance, offering expert guidance and support across a range of communication platforms; phone, live chat, email.
  • Handle customer and potential customer inquiries and issues with a genuine passion for helping,  going above and beyond to provide solutions.
  • Offer in-depth knowledge of our cycling insurance products and help customers find the perfect fit.
  • Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to improve our cycling insurance offerings.
  • Collaborate with the content and development teams to help develop functions that will improve customer service, throughout a customer's lifetime.


What we’re looking for

  • Language Skills:
     German as your first language, with business-fluent English (our main business language). Another language is useful but not essential.
  • Experience: Background in customer experience or customer service roles, preferably in the UK.
  • Passion for cycling or experience in related sectors like bike insurance, outdoor industries, or bike leasing (advantageous).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to empathise with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and company gatherings.

  • This is a fully remote role to cover the UK+IE regions. This is a remote role within the UK.  
  • Your onboarding will take place over a week in our Deeside office, and you will be required to attend one of our offices for a minimum of 3 days per quarter.
