Responsibilities:
Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business goals and articulate how our solution drives measurable value.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, usage patterns, and opportunities for value realization.
Create and deliver compelling value narratives using quantitative insights.
Partner with internal teams to scale value delivery frameworks and best practices.
Track and measure realized value to support renewals and expansion conversations.
What we are looking for :
Individual contributor (IC) role, ideally in a client-facing capacity (e.g., Solutions Analyst, Business Analyst, or Consulting role). not CSM
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data and explaining its business impact.
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with external stakeholders—translating complex data into simple, actionable insights.
Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced company.
Self-starter with a bias for action and ownership.
Proficient in tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau/Looker, or similar analytics platforms (a plus).
Nice to have :
Exposure to SaaS or enterprise software environments.
Experience in value engineering, customer value management, or similar fields.
