Main Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on customer feedback, inquiries, and issues across multiple channels.
- Support the launch and monitoring of new services and products across countries.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging content aligned with our commercial brands.
- Track and analyze user insights and performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in web and digital audits to ensure quality and consistency across our online ecosystem.
Profile & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Business (or related field).
- Strong interest in digital ecosystems and customer engagement.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt content to different audiences and SEO requirements.
- Fluent in English, Amharic and afaan oromo
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Creative, curious, and proactive — with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Familiar with social media platforms and digital communication trends.
