Now we are looking for a Customs manager to provide support of our team in Poland

Key requirements:

  • Knowledge of Polish and EU customs legislation
  • Knowledge of export/import operations
  • Knowledge of product classifications, HS codes for product groups
  • Possibility to organize requests/work with VICH institute
  • Knowledge of documentary processes with transit, customs warehouse
  • Experience in creating customs documents
  • Cooperation with customs authorities and leading processes/inquiries/audits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage both customs and trade compliance across the company, ensuring that all global regulations are understood
  • Responsible for Customs classifications and regulatory requirements 
  • Ensure the highest compliance levels for all customs and government agency requirements across all staff and teams
  • Oversee entry auditing and reporting results and recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure that the company's controls, policies, procedures, processes and applications are all understood by the team and implemented accordingly
