This role is pivotal in leading continuous improvement and change initiatives that support our evolving ways of working. What you’ll be doing: As our Customer Way Delivery and Change Lead, you will: · Manage and deliver continuous improvement projects for the Customer Way, ensuring clarity of priorities for front line leaders and teams. · Use best practice project management and change strategies to align stakeholders and drive ongoing value delivery. · Document and communicate the Customer Way programme of work, creating transparency and reducing cognitive overload for teams. · Develop, own, and embed change management plans alongside projects and workstreams. · Partner with Strategy & Programme and Communications teams to leverage NZTE’s best practice approaches. · Build strong relationships across the business, ensuring change is well-embedded and projects are streamlined. · Ensure all project documentation is aligned, risks are captured, and lessons learnt are reported to the Director, Customer Way Operations. What you’ll need to be successful: You'll be an experienced project and change leader with: · Proven experience in end-to-end management of continuous improvement projects in a global organisation. · Demonstrated expertise in Change Management (ideally with a relevant qualification). · Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide outcomes across teams. · Experience in project and programme management methodologies and best practice. · Excellent interpersonal skills—able to communicate clearly, create clarity amongst complexity, and navigate ambiguity and conflict with confidence. · Adaptability, creativity, and calmness under pressure. · High emotional intelligence to work with diverse stakeholders and priorities.
