The Opportunity
Simpplr is seeking to hire an experienced Customer Value Consultant as part of our Professional Services function. In this role, you’ll partner with customer stakeholders across Internal Communications, HR, IT, and Leadership to define short- and long-term program strategies, serve as a trusted implementation advisor, and provide platform training and enablement. Your area of focus will be with customers that originally implemented Simpplr within the last four years but have not yet realized the full potential of the platform. Your area of expertise will enable you to deliver incremental value to these customers while providing a clear vision of the “art of the possible.”
This position will require working US hours.
