Main Point of Contact: You lead customers through their EGYM journey, providing expert guidance on both hardware and software solutions

Collaboration: You work closely with the regional sales manager to integrate and optimize products and concepts at customer sites

Process Optimization: You analyze product usage in studios to derive actionable insights for optimizing client workflows

Training and Consultation: You assess customer training needs and manage the consultative sales process, delivering comprehensive training sessions across the EGYM Ecosystem
Your fitness level

Qualification: You have a degree or training in sport/exercise science, and/or specialized knowledge in physiotherapy

Industry Experience: You have at least three years of experience in the fitness industry with a strong customer interaction background

Ambition: You are ready to advance your career by representing innovative products that revolutionize the fitness industry

Mobility: You are willing to travel at least 4 days per week

Language skills: You are fluent in French and have a good command of English
Your training goal for your first 6 months

Knowledge: You will acquire specialized knowledge independently and through team support to effectively manage your regional customer base

Training Sessions: You will regularly attend training sessions with your colleagues, thereby getting to know the daily operations of a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) at EGYM and successfully learning the different procedures for yourself

Customer Management: You will participate in training sessions to understand the day-to-day responsibilities of a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) at EGYM.
