Tint is building modern insurance infrastructure that enables brands to offer embedded insurance simply and seamlessly. Our Customer Support team plays a critical role in delivering on our Customers First philosophy — we start with the customer’s point of view in everything we do.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll join a small, highly collaborative team, where your voice and impact will matter every day. You’ll serve as the front line for our policyholders, helping resolve issues, clarify coverage, resolve billing issues, and ensure a smooth insurance experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, communicates complex insurance concepts clearly, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, high-quality support.
What you will do
This is a full-time, fully remote role. While Tint offers flexible PTO, this position is expected to be generally available Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT to ensure consistent team coverage. Time off is coordinated based on coverage needs and requires manager approval.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and equity. The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected hiring salary ranges for this role are set forth below.
